    is it out in circulation? guess so :).
    The dot indicates a Noida mint, so guess it will take time for it to appear in Bbay.. or is it being minted at the other mints also?
    first time i have seen it. thx.
    btw it does reminds me of the old 20p, the last brass coins minted in india.

    its being minted in bombay and noida by the bags but still there is a hefty premium on it
