Probably a 65. It might only make a 64 depending on what is around the "O" in one. BTW, your pix would be easier to see & display if they were cropped. Just for reference, your pennies are <10% of the entire pic - meaning about 5% each.
Small images and it's a little difficult to tell everything needed to assess a proper grade, but from experience and what I see - MS64.
It's hard to see, but is there a scratch just to the right of Lincoln's nose? Also on the reverse to the left of the O?
Too hard to grade from such small pics. Fill the frame with the coin before snapping. All I can tell is MS.
