Have you finished? What is in it? What grade are the coins? How far back does it go? What do you include? Raw or certified?

As for me, I am trying to finish my 20th century type set all uncirculated. I have it filled, but just need to upgrade a few of the tougher ones.

    Post pictures if you can!

Am I working on a type set?

Well, no and yes. No I'm not working on one per se.

Yes, I buy any type of coin that strikes me and I can afford for the most part.

Ditto. I haven't added it in several months. And I'm not actively searching it out. The grades range from AG damaged to MS.

Working on a Whitman 20th century typeset. All of the coins are face value or free and all have a story to tell. A few even came from contests here. Missing the barbers, Ike dollar(have the bicentennial), Indian cent, and the Peace and Morgan dollars. Grades are all over the place. It is one of my favorite groups of coin because of the notations in the book.

I am currently working on completing several type sets in the NGC registry. I have 2 different 20th Century Type Sets in the NGC registry.

    Awesome Lehigh!

I'm kinda working on a 20th century type set. I don't have an album or any where to put them (except 2x2's), I'm just working on obtaining all the coins I need. I would say I'm half way done.

Why wouldn't it? The thread only calls for a "type set." Not a "US type set." Just so happens that, in addition to the US type set, I'm working on the same for British kings, the Roman mints, the Roman imperials, the Byzantine emperors, and the Byzantine mints.

Here is a photo of the slab of the Buffalo Nickel. Mine is nice, but Leadfoot's (Mike's) is better.
