I'm not too sure about that. Frustration level is inversely proportional to usability!! I got a 'D'. Will try to post pics tonight. I got the bad camera(see above!!:computer::computer:
A "D" minted coin signifies Munich. The mint marks are: A = Berlin B = Vienna (1938-44) D = Munich E = Muldenhutten F = Stuttgart G = Karlsruhe J = Hamburg
i didnt know they were worth much otherwise i would have grabbed a ton of them when i had a chance at 10 a piece
well more than half the human race were freed from slavery as a direct result of world war 2 britain lost her colonies and so did japan and it was a good thing
A = Berlin was the most common in those years. As for which is the "rarest" one, depends on denomination and year. Note that those mintmarks only apply to the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany. The Empire (until 1918) had more mints, the Federal Republic (today's Germany) has fewer mints. Christian
Exactly. They produced multiple different denominations for years...you have to look at individual series and key coins if you want to know what is the rarest. I don't think any mint produced a lot less than the others consistently (at least off the top of my head)...except for Berlin overproducing everyone else of course.
