I'd call it an F12 due to shield line detail. Decent motto detail but WE weak as usual. Will point out that 1866 is a much tougher date than most people realize. Don't believe me? - try finding decent examples. Concerned about the reverse on this one though. What's with the "chalky" areas? Value? Gonna give a big spread here. $15-20. Greysheet ask on F12 is $19 BTW.
