its not from india. this made me go and check all my ngc coins more than 50% are wrong. even with me writing the correct mint mark they wrote the wrong ones on there its not a reall error they are just claiming the coin is from india while its not. its like taking a morgan and saying its canadian
Uh, Spock, it IS from India. It was struck at the Mint in Bombay India and it has the I mintmark to prove it.
Hey Ruben, I just checked. It's 5 AM, tomorrow, Spock (India) time. Just wait until he wakes up and reads all this!
It didn't even sell for 99 cents. But the color looks so wrong. Also according to a link posted in another thread this is a fake NGC Slab. So it may have been ended for a reason. http://ngccoin.com/news/viewarticle.aspx?IDArticle=954 http://cgi.ebay.com/1918-India-Gold...286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66:2|65:10|39:1|240:1318
I don't know Spock. I think you are a little to hard with your "idiotic" hammer. I hope people aren't judging me on my grammar,
It ended because I emailed the seller informing him that his description was wrong and where to find the mintmark. He emailed me back, thanked me for the information, agreed that it was an I mintmark and said he was going to end the auction and relist it. And he did http://cgi.ebay.com/1918-I-India-Go...5|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:0|293:1|294:50 Spock, forget about what the seller himself said about it, LOOK AT THE COIN ITSELF. As I said earlier the seller was wrong in his description. NGC got it right.
