Hey, I just got this coin back from PCGS, and it graded PR64RB, When I look at it under my 16x loop I can see a very deep, distinctive doubling on the words "OF AMERICA" between 2:00 & 5:00 on the coins obverse. Ive included a pic of the, or at least the best I can do with my camera. Tell me what you know about these doubling, also why didn't PCGS recognize this. If you want the full slab picture let me know, here's the close-up for now.

PCGS may well have recognized it, but unless you paid for the attribution, they well do absolutely nothing. As for the attribution, Rick Snow if THE expert.
1882.............................................. .. .........it appears to be machine/shelf doubling. a common occurence on many coins. imo.
