Dang I was planning on getting the Coin set with the cents in it. I was also planning on getting an American Legacy set so that sucks that they are not going to be making those this year.

edit: I noticed that they don't mention on the blog that the 5 coin set is going to be discontinued. Where did that info come from?

Looks like I misread that one (sorry). It is the legacy that will not have Abe.

lincoln commems is dead. no sell out fast. it will certainly traded near bullion value. the only changes for this one to go up is to buy the 50,000 max lincoln set with four cents.

Where are you all getting the info that the ""American Legacy"" and the ""5 coin set"" is going to be discontinued???

I was looking forward to the A.L. Set, as I've got a few other every year they put out so far and was looking to continue the series...

This is from the link in the OP:

In order to attain a sell out, individual coin sales must reach a combined level of 450,000. A special five coin set containing the proof version of the coin will be offered later in the year and 50,000 coins will be reserved for the set. There was initially some speculation about whether another 50,000 coins would be reserved for inclusion in the American Legacy Collection, however I have now been told that this product is discontinued for 2009.
