That is a nice 36 DDO. I saw somewhere that it originally came from DJPX, that is incorrect, I still have that one, it is a type 2 that Dan sent me. It was a gift, I would never sell it;)

I've got a 58 that is that red, except it is that red on both sides. Any idea why they are so red?

Probably because they came from original Mint Sets.

Thank You! I've been very fortunate to have good friends who also collect wheat cents. :smile We enjoy trading, buying/selling, nice examples back and forth.

You did not kill it. I just have not had a chance lately.

The 55-D is a cent and a half! I am rather surprised PCGS graded it.

Could I get an opinion on this 1961 Lincoln proof? I don't know if there may be a reason that this could be natural, or if it is definately treated. I know there are years for woodgrained Lincolns that are natural because the mix was not right when struck, but I don't know if there would be a reason for this one to be the way it is. I don't really care for treated or cleaned coins, and thought I'd ask for some opinions.
