That is a nice 36 DDO. I saw somewhere that it originally came from DJPX, that is incorrect, I still have that one, it is a type 2 that Dan sent me. It was a gift, I would never sell it
Very nice again..I really like the tail on the first 5....is that a cud in the bottom curve of the 'S'??...or is this an RPM?
Thank You! I've been very fortunate to have good friends who also collect wheat cents. :smile We enjoy trading, buying/selling, nice examples back and forth. PCGS 67 RB, POP 4/0 (POP 3/0 when I bought it)
You did not kill it. I just have not had a chance lately. The 55-D is a cent and a half! I am rather surprised PCGS graded it.
Could I get an opinion on this 1961 Lincoln proof? I don't know if there may be a reason that this could be natural, or if it is definately treated. I know there are years for woodgrained Lincolns that are natural because the mix was not right when struck, but I don't know if there would be a reason for this one to be the way it is. I don't really care for treated or cleaned coins, and thought I'd ask for some opinions.
