Well if you're thinking that means a dime struck on a foreign planchet...?
Those both look like "dryer" coins to me, certainly the left one...coins that get stuck in the back of the dryer for months or years as it rotates.

I can tell you that you're going to get less and less responses as folks here put you on their ignore lists. Speaking in riddles isn't really what people are here for, in my humble opinion that is.

 

Worn/damaged coins worth f.v nothing special.
