Is this Shmutzed by a Putz or is it something else

Looks like the Nickel I posted mountains ago .. but theres what "Looks like" metal over the letters on bottom of reverse also I feel like other letters would be affected if it was trauma or PMD.. Anyway I always appreciate truly any insight or Information . Obviously new to the Coin World , it's a transition of power , sorry it's just a Adjustment period Period.
