Need help identifying a coin.

I got this from a seller that had found it in Afghanistan. Its .9 grams of gold about 10mm in circumference. Any help would be appreciated.

It could be an undated 1/4 mohur of Mughal Akbar.

Just wondering...those type of calipers are usually read where the two lines of the top and bottom sets of lines match up exactly...which appears to be 16 in whatever units in the first photo and 19 in the second....

 

Or maybe it is the decimal. So 10.6 in the first pic and 10.9 in the second...I think that is it.
