Could this have been clipped in the making? The rim in right side of obverse does seem to think out and fold in in itself. On the reverse, the united and part of states dose look to be elongated and pulled out. Any thoughts[@ Paddyman full]1229188[/ATTACH]

From what I've read, it says words could look elongated and stretched out. The united states on reverse certainly look that way to me...but idk

The most clips I've personally seen is Two , That's it . I say PMD . Someone clipped it ,, why ? I don't know what stupid people do what they do.
