Here is an 1883 from my collection. It has the same die crack at the date and another running from the point of the neck out to the rim. Yours has the same crack if you look close. Plus, look close to the points of the stars. There are cracks near there. If you look close you may see that there are more around the rim. I can't see your coin that close because of the dark photo.
It is fine. I don't think the fine cracks take away from the value at all. Mine has similar lines and I love it.
My concern is other graded coins @ MS-64 are selling for 3+ times this price. Maybe it is lower in price because it was graded by ICG? Just saying. Also, there is an absence of luster for a 64 graded coin. JMO.
Yes its because its graded by IGC it just has dark toining from probably some very old cleaning the coins condition looks right for the grade.
A nice die crack but did you see the one in the star at 11 o'clock and going into the top of the crown?
