The circular gouge on your end coins comes from the mint rolling process....

The marks are from a counting/rolling machine - but it was not done at or by the mint. It is done by the private companies like Brinks and Wells Fargo that distribute the coins.

well, looks like I got the last ones in town, hit a couple more banks and no luck. Guess I will hold onto these since I would get a couple of rolls at face later anyways. Maybe a variety will be found. Not worth it to sell on ebay and go through the hassle.

I haven't seen one in Wisconsin yeteither. I refuse to pay for one however, even if it means July before I have one in my posession!

I haven't been able to find any around me in PA either. I may have to go into MD and WV to see what happens. Right now I am even thinking of trying VA seeing as it only about two or three hours away.

I got a box from local bank here in TN... asked for 09's but no luck, so just the common mixed deal. The teller asked if I was a collector and after answering yes she said that they should have some in within the next 2 to 6 weeks.... said to be patient, and that sooner or later they "always" come in.
