2020 Dime error?

    It looks like it could be a die break. It would only be worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

    It is raised, it feels like I can chip it off with my nail but its stuck on

    Not typically thought of as an error...but the effect is caused by die wear. As the die ages, different events and cleanings will occur. Eventually the die will give up. In between though, we see the die state change (EDS, MDS, LDS, VLDS for early, mid, late, very late die stages)
