Has anyone seen a annihalated planchet J. Q. Addas Dollar?

    I found this one shortly after their release, but looking for others that are similar I have come up short.

    Has the mint cracked down on this type of error? Where are all the other Adams?

    There was an boom of Washington's and Monroe's out there that are sintered but are now rarely found in other issues.
