I saw a video on YouTube about this coin and I need an opinion from those with expertise. Would be greatly appreciated. The front obverse on the mint mark and lettering in liberty possibly doubling. The reverse e pluribus unum is strange. The one cent lettering I don't know IMG_20201227_032412.jpg IMG_20201227_032546.jpg IMG_20201227_032412.jpg IMG_20201227_032554.jpg IMG_20201227_032635.jpg IMG_20201227_032643.jpg IMG_20201227_032635.jpg

Variety Vista have no listed DDO's for 1961 D. What I see is a well worn cent with circulation damage.
Word of advice, the you tube videos are mainly just click bait. Take them seriously at your peril

Coins not listed DDO by Wexler's or Variety Vista does not indicate there are none. It means none have been identified and catalogued. Do any exist? I suppose it is possible, however, considering the number of error collectors minutely scrutinizing coins, the probability is rather low IMO.
All coins have value and this is determined by a willing buyer and willing seller.

Hey Ray, not to ruffle you feathers but that kind of statement is frowned upon .. anywhere . I personally might not be as a serious collector as some but at least I respect the hobby and the answers I'm given. Maybe a time for a new hobby ? Or you can sit back some and actually learn something from live experts , some more than 50 years in the business .
Thanks and have great week. IMG_20201225_163126685_HDR.jpg
