    Hard to tell from pics, but I'd say yes it has a chance.

    Yes , stainless it is . And i wasn't aware FBL was not a problem on proofs !!
    I just got into the Franklins and wanted something to compare a few mint sets to that i just purchased !!

    Depends on where you send it. NGC is tougher than PCGS on ALL special designations. Or so I have heard.

    Since it is a proof, you don't grade the lines. Business Strikes are the only ones that get the FBL grade. Trying to compare FBL from a proof to a UNC is like apples and oranges.
