I don't understand this grading system at all. In the UK we use a completely different system. Anyway, I've had a guess.
It should, they do issue Proof coins in the UK. MS = Mint State (as in business strikes or coins issued for use in commerce) PF = Proof (as in coins issued for collectors)
That's interesting. Maybe you could explain your country's grading system - but start a new thread so it doesn't get lost in this thread.
