    I don't understand this grading system at all. In the UK we use a completely different system.

    Anyway, I've had a guess.

    It should, they do issue Proof coins in the UK.

    MS = Mint State (as in business strikes or coins issued for use in commerce)

    PF = Proof (as in coins issued for collectors)
