The "World Paper Money Uno" (World Paper Money edition)

This thread was directly inspired by @lordmarcovan's long-running game of coin Uno on the world coins forum. I've decided to go ahead and apply that same concept to the paper money forum as well. The rules of this game are closely derived from the world coin version, albeit with some modifications.

The rules are extremely straightforward:

• Simply look at the most recent note posted.
• As established by other versions of this game, you must post a note that follows any one of these criteria.
  • Same date/series
  • Same country or political subdivision
  • Same denomination
  • Same color
  • Same seal/serial# color
  • Similar motifs
  • Same monarch, ruler, or historical figure
  • Issuing bank

• Also, since there are likely going to be entries from a wide range of nations. Be sure to specify what country your note is from. Therefore, the next person will know what to play.
• If you post a note with a non-western dating system such as the Arabic or Japanese Regnal Calendar, please specify the A.D. equivalent.
• Paper Money from the United States may be played here (the USA is part of the world, after all).

For example, here is the first entry. Therefore, the next player will need to post something from Colombia, a note with the same face value, or anything in accordance with the established criteria.
