This should be pretty easy to find cheap Also, looks like enough people want "ship" coins that this place has a section dedicated to them. They even sell a 15-coin starter set. http://www.blackmountaincoins.com/c/BMC/SHIP-COINS.html
It's a gally, not a modern ship but it's the best I've got. 10 Israeli Sheqalim (available in years 1982-1985 only) And the 1 (Israeli) Agora (available in years 1985-1991 only)
Here's another... 2007 Jamestown Commem Silver... The $5 gold commem also has a ship. But it's tiny and partially hidden between John Smith and the native American on the obverse.
Please take some time and check out this wonderful set. http://coins.www.collectors-society...lection.aspx?UserCollectionID=175&Tab=gallery
Yep... I think that pretty much covers it... I'm somewhat surprised to see a lack of modern ships on coins. Looks like just about everything is a sailing vessel... --Paul
Another State Quarter....2003 Maine Not a very good photo but the point is clear. schatzy, your link certainly covers a "shipload" of coins!
Ah - When I become rich I might very well I think I got a hint where to start looking for this type Rubenhya:
