1925, 25 s, 25 d I haven't been playing this lately, so busy lately. You guys have some great coins. Any opinions on grades on these welcome. No room for the reverse of 25 D with my 5 picture limit.
My 24 S (which I have no photos of currently) has the look your 25 D has, like the outer layer of "skin" is peeling off. The 24's and 25's seem to have this a lot as well as the flat as a panacke look. I like the darker brown red mix of yours. I wonder if my 25 has seen MS 70?
I try to play But most morning when I log on the years have been posted.but I plan to edit this and make the set at the end.
Judges' Inquiry. Please hold all tickets until the results are official. This one may need to be disqualified for looking too good coming down the stretch.
1926, this coin is unbelievable in hand, the camera does it no justice. The obverse blue toning and luster are specatular.
Another 1926 I own, I bought this even though it has a finger print...the surfaces were just too original to ignore for me...I'm kind of a freak for nice, original surfaces as a vast majority of Lincolns have been tampered with over the years.
Is this better? http://i722.photobucket.com/albums/ww227/sambot12/1925wheat-1.jpg EDIT: I can't figure out why it says 1929. I posted that on another thread and now I cant get it to say 25 again.
