I found its brother - all 3 die cracks included. Only one thing is missing. When I told him it was not a "weak/broken d", he did not pull it like I think he should, but he did post my question with the appropriate answer. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350168812865&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
Before I read that I had the same thought, the D was an attempt to alter the coin. Nonetheless, the die cracks are cool. I have one with all 3 cracks too but it's only VF-EF....I wish I had pics. Might have to grab this one from my bank box for some pics, these are cool coins.
I have got to get a better pic of this coin. It does not really look this wood grained, but is is a nice coin from a VERY rough date.
I love that pattern on that S. I've got a 40's cent patterned something like that if we ever get up to there.
Thanks for all the compliments. The 21 is PCGS 65 RB, 21-S PCGS 64 RB (OGH) and 22-D is PCGS 65 RB. PCGS 64 RB
I think you might have too... I only have one left actually... I dont even have this one. haha I'm fresh out, I used to be rich with these things. :goofer:
We finally shamed you into posting something. Real nice. Here is the S. And the 25-, but it does not hold a candle nest to blu62vette's
