Oh pretty. I'm going to say MS65FB. I think the little hit on neck keeps it from being MS66.

That coin is gorgeous and they grade the key dates with leniency so I say that it is easily MS66 FB.

Also an easy 66FSB, with an outside shot at 67

MS 66 - split bands - nice coin!

MS65FB if they count all the minor flaws. But possibly a MS66 FB if they don't. It is really pretty but I think that it might not get higher because it seems to be not a great strike, which could be part of the year/mint.

I don't think 19-S is a key date. Maybe semi key.

It's not a true key date like the 1916-D or the 1921, 1921-D...but it's n early branch mint coin and they were minted in fairly low numbers.

I'm sorry if I am the party pooper in this one. I really think she is gorgeous!! But, the disturbances in the field on the reverse above and below E Pluribus Unum, along with the minor marks on the obverse and at the bottom of the Fasces on the reverse, make me want to call it a MS64+FSB.

Ok, a semi-key that is a conditional rarity in gem fb.

MS66-FB. FB's make a huge difference in value for this issue.

Huge price in FB. I don’t think it makes it.

Between PCGS and NGC only 5 have been certified 66FSB. Maybe I need to rethink my guess....lol

@kSigSteve could be right. After blowing up the image, I see two suspect areas that could be a disruption in the band line. They could also be small spots on the plastic that are out of focus and are obscuring the band line. It's very difficult to know for sure.

Before I scrolled down my guess was MS66 FB. They look split enough for what I've seen pass. Luster probably determines whether its 65 or 66 and that's hard to judge from photos. Maybe the nick on the neck gives it a 65. I'll stick with 66FB.
