I am a huge faustina II fan and now am looking at the owl's. You all got some nice coins this year

    All stand out coins.

The owls are really nice, and the obverse on the archaic owl is excellent.

A man after my own heart. I love the owls. Except for two I bought all of mine before the big hoard showed up:banghead: Oh well at least I am consistent the last owl I bought wasn't from the hoard either. Love the cistophoros as well good job

Wow! Great coins. I love how good you’ve been at picking Faustina coins with great style. The sestertii you’ve shown look very nice. Well done :)

H.C., You scored some beauties this year :D! The gold stater of Alexander :jawdrop:, deserves 1st place. The Athenian Tet, #2 is a lovely looking coin . The portrait of Faustina Jr. on #3 is stunning . How did NGC grade coins 1 & 2 o_O?

I believe #2 would be my favorite but I hope you can upgrade the photo of the reverse.

Many thanks for your great comments. :)

The Alexander stater (coin #1) is graded AU, and the Attica Owl (coin #2) at Choice XF.

Many thanks, Terence! I think quality counts, and your coins have such high quality. Well worth a bit more premium. Furthermore, I think the history behind finds other than the big hoard is more interesting.

I agree that the reverse photo has much room for upgrade. Will reshoot on the weekend.

Great coins! No. 1 and 2 are absolutely awesome coins, but I also find the portrait of your no.7 very charming.

Fantastic top 10 @happy_collector The Alexander III stater is my favourite, but all are terrific! I'm also particularly fond of the 2nd Faustina Jr. sestertius and the early Athenian tetradrachm! Congrats!

Congrats @happy_collector, wonderful coins! I will add a vote for #6 as favorite (an excellent early cistophoric tetradrachm), and a vote for #3 (Faustina Jr.). All nice coins and easy to see why an AV stater would take top spot. Best wishes for 2021!
