I can't grade paper yet, sorry. Nice notes though. Is that a tear on the center top of the 34? May help others with grading.
Guess VF- may have a # of folds, both horiz and vert. minimal dirt or smudging. no tears on border, but do show slight wear. Corners may also show wear. From Standard catalog Paper $ of th US
i wouldnt go as high as VF myself. From PCGS's website on currency... I dont see these notes as being 'bright', and both have heavy fold lines. Both are soiled, and the second note has 'Ken' written on the back which will drop the grade. At best, i might go with a grade of Fine, although i feel that might still be a little high because of the pen markings on the second note, and the first note with the severley heavy fold lines i might stick with Fine.....
plus or minus a few i might even think they woudl go higher. I took a look on Ebay yesterday and the price spread from good to uncirculated was not very high. uncirculated examples were selling with buy-it-nows of less then $40, while good examples were still going for $15-$20. Certainly not the prices i remember seeing in the past!
