double struck rim

    I was just wondering is a double struck rim are they worth putting up I'm staring to run into a few their pretty old Penny's to some are on the rim a little bit some are over half way across the rim I was just wondering I've not seen much about this

    If your coin looks like there are 2 rims on one side that would be a Misaligned Die Strike. It's not really double struck. It's neat but nothing really major.
    Please post pictures of your pennies.

    Yeah thanks I didn't no they called that a mad cent's Yeah it's a pretty cool coin some of these go around the rim a little bit than some go around the rim over half way you are right Paddy man they are nice but thanks Guy's I learned something today I just found a 1981 that ha's a dual mad really nice coin.

    Very mean. We had TV. but my little brother had to stay on the roof and keep it at a special angle. But eventually he squealed and there went Songbird.

    When I was pre-school, we didn't have a TV, but my sister babysat for a neighbor who had one...

    I'm not to old but growed up pretty ruff I rember plenty times standing out side and it cold as all get out holding the pole for the antenna have to move it for every channel I think we only had 5 channel thought I would jump in own this story theme was the good old days.

    Growing up in the Maryland suburbs of D.C., the antenna on our house was multi-directional and our first TV was a Motorola in the early 50's. Then, in the late 50's my Dad bought us a Zenith color TV because he liked watching the Friday night fights on the Gillette Cavalcade of Sports.

    In my area of SE Kentucky, you had to string about a mile of bare wire twin lead antenna wire to the top of a nearby hill to pick up 3 channels.

    I'm from SE Kentucky my self I here you we had to do the same thing I still walk these mountain today you can still find wire in the hills were people had to run too just get TV pretty crazy I still walk these hills some when my back ant plume out on me I like to dig ginseng in the fall pretty good money in it my Dad just killed a 10 point Buck the other day is was a monster I don't get into the deer hunting I think he was driving down a dirt road and jump it up for real he ant able to walk he had to go out get my baby brother to help get it out off the Wood's and field dress it for him he don't have the stomach for it I think it's funny.
