Oh, believe me, I know- when you're posting approximately 26.8 billion* hyperlinks and images and whatnot, as I have in the course of this contest, copy-paste is a godsend indeed!

*Actual count may vary somewhat, give or take a few tens of billions.

 

Thank you, though Claire deserves the lion's share of the credit, obviously, as the genesis of this was her idea. I just tweaked it and got to don my polyester "game show host" jacket, which I always enjoy wearing.

I was just telling her how I think this one has been epic- to my memory, the most successful giveaway on the Contests forum in my tenure here, in terms of participation and post count, if nothing else.

It has been a lot of fun, and while I'm not going to make any promises on her behalf a year in advance, she's made comments about how we could perhaps make this an annual thing.

I think we can. While I wouldn't have the stamina to do something this complex with my own mostly-monthly giveaways, it's been enjoyable to roll out a big'un like this.

PS- we just crossed the 500-post milestone here when I wasn't looking!

 

You can nominate someone else to win, if you like. You can just post again, saying "I want those... to go to [so-and-so]", and that can be your entry post. And if you win the drawing, then the coins will go to whomever you named.

 

I meant Churchill crowns specifically. I'm pretty sure I slipped one into that package of other stuff I sent you, as an afterthought. So that makes one. But if you then won this Day 11 lot (eleven more Churchill crowns), you'd then have a dozen of that type. (Unless you already had more previously.)

Took me a sec to realize what was going on there.

Wow. You'll never see temps like that down here in SE Coastal GA. Coldest I've seen here is upper 'teens. And those days are fairly rare.
