1926 S Lincoln.. Im obsessed, Guess the grade

    Hi all, another 26 S from me.. Maybe I should give up and research these guys, I can't get enough.
    I would really appreciate any suggestions to get my pictures a little .. I duno.. better.
    Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    it might not grade with the ovberse damage, BUT, without it a 35 or 40 would be in order, nice coin for the date, well struck :)

    Without the scratches, it is a good 40. With them, it might make 40.

    Yeh, I'm not overly worried about whether it will slab or not, This is staying in a flip.
    You guys generally put it a little higher then I did though, I grade it at VF 35.

    VF-25/30, the obverse scratches hold it back, but it's still a nice example.

    Can't grade the rims, and it's not in hand, but my guess would be a VF.

    XF details but damaged, net grade VF30

    I think it is somewhere around the XF-40 range. You are probably right to go with a VF-35.

    I don't know why, but I always have trouble grading circulated Lincolns.

    I'm going to guess XF 42.5. :)

    Stupid question alert !! I am just wondering how you get these pictures in the nice black box with obverse and reverse showing at the same time. Is it a program? <-----noob

    Yes, it is a program - any one of several. Photoshop, gimp amongst main others.
