You can have all the water you need for free. Getting it to your house, and making it fit for consumption -- those are the bits that cost money.
This is ludicrous non profit tpgs. The only thing that should be truly non profit is a job in government either state or federal. Let’s make out elected officials pay everything out of pocket strictly volunteer and no salary. Snd see what happens and who wants the job. Other than our president I don’t think there’s anyone else who won’t take the fat paycheck benefits and generous pension plan
I.m 61 and live very simple --I know or I don't know--- I know what I saw and I was just asking a question but I will look for it cause I love proving the experts wrong.Collecting coins is not rocket science
And for an example of how well that works out, look at any HOA. I still like the idea of a draft for political positions, just because in general people who want a political position are often the last people who should have it. Power can corrupt perfectly well all on its own, without any help from money.
It was tried... remember, ANA owned ANACS at the beginning. They sold it to a for-profit company because they couldn't afford to make the investments necessary to maintain and grow the service.
Anything related to gambling can also do that! Horse racing for example.. And.. The corruption going on with horse racing https://nypost.com/2020/03/09/insid...ernational-scheme-to-corrupt-horse-races/amp/
I wouldn't differentiate that. Any gambling scandal at it's core is just money. It's not like people are trying to fix games or races for the pride of saying they got a bet right. That said a nonprofit TPG is a terrible idea
Well, the frivolous patents are a start (Monsanto putting a patent on Bastami rice!) I'm gunna put a patent on rocks. Anytime you use something composed of, involving, or related to rocks, people gotta pay me. The airlines have also gotten on board: In 1994, I packed two huge luggage containers (restricted only to under 70 kg each) and had them fly with me to other side of the planet. No extra charge. Now, you probably have to add the equivalent of another plane ticket to your costs! Now the friggin' pillow they give me on the flight costs extra!
That's not how it works and it's just silly to make such statements. It's almost like it costs them more and takes away cargo space since planes have to be loaded not only by space but by weight if you don't want them to crash.
Well, tell me how it does work so I can make my millions. Then it begs the question as to why they charge for baggage now but didn't before. Probably fuel prices...
