I have a 1995 D penny that the D appears to be either double stamped or overstamped, the 2 clips, the reverse is rotated, the edges look like they are thinner on the one edge, there a pock marks (deep) on the back, the letters on the reverse seem to be missing or extremely light.

any info, I would highly appreciate it.

Wow, lots going on here bit no error. Zinc is a very active metal, and on this coin, the zinc core is exposed. I would find some way to spend that quickly while its still worth a cent.

The only error is that the Mint chose to change from 95% copper to 97.5% zinc in 1982, and these Crappy Zincolns deteriorate very easily while in circulation.
