Have a 1983 Dime with quite a few things going on. If anyone could give me an opinion.

The obverse looks to be an off center strike and the reverse I realize is from excessive grease, but most of the letters have extreme thickness. Would that be considered doubling?

Everything you see is caused by Die Deterioration.
You have a worn die strike. No errors or Doubled Die variety :(

What Ed just said and I'll add X-treme die deterioration. You can always tell by the radial flow lines emanating outwards in the fields.
