Ok. I'm pretty sure you haven't graded this one . :)

Just a straight grade will do. Comments always welcome . :) IMG_20201212_174304355_HDR (1)-horz.jpg

Can't see the thread line on the distaff, so until I can see it, the coin remains XF........I think the coin is 'honest', though. I like it. :)

I’ve seen this one before but forget the details grade.

I agree with @Mainebill. It’s a “details” coin for sure- cleaned- but it has nice details, and plenty of “meat”, as he said.

AU50 details would not surprise me, but I imagine NGC went XF.

Any Izzie quarter is respectable. I have never owned one in 44 years of collecting.

I am glad to see you back, Sal.

Thank You . I'm trying to post smarter but I often get bored and come up with some silly things to post . Sorry if I've wasted peoples time . I was often trying to be amusing not umm...stupid about the hobby. I have all the respect for it and the people involved.

A lot of us have had the "I'm bored so I'll just post anything that comes into my head" ailment at times, Sal. I know I too have done it, especially when I'm in a silly mood. Sometimes my quirky attempts at humor have fallen flat, or been misunderstood, through only my fault and not that of the parties who misunderstood it.

"Think before you post" is a good philosophy, really, and one I myself should've stuck to yesterday morning. You knowhutimean.

I reckon you've got more than enough amusing and interesting posts in the mix to make up for the odd bit of "huh?" stuff you've also posted. Stick around, and I hope you'll get the respect you're due.

I'm late to this, but why were you asking for a straight grade when it's a details coin?

To late, I missed the vote. I like the coin and do believe it earned the AU grade, to bad it was cleaned, could have been higher. Thanks for sharing.

The Lizzie's are favorites of mine. I do have one in a similar or not much better condition. I agree with the AU grade.
On another note: I see coins designated as "Cleaned." But, "Improperly Cleaned?" I don't think I have seen any designated as "Properly Cleaned."
So, as far as the grade (on the slab,) is there a difference between "Cleaned" and "Improperly Cleaned?"
