I won't guess which grade since I looked to see how to grade these, but you are going to have to explain why when this is over. Even looking at their super large pics, I had trouble finding problems, but the others of the same grade were easy to find why.
NGC graded the coin ms-64. It is magnificent for the grade IMO. The eye appeal is greater than the picture may indicate.
To answer 900, I think the coin is mildly semi-pl, which I really think helps enchance the toning. That being said I think the coin was graded a 64 due to some ticks on the reverse that are well hidden under the toning. I don't think most people would bat on eye if this coin was in a 65 holder, and I think many would argue that is the right grade for this particular coin.
