, Any info on this coin would be great I really would like to know the value of it really would like to sell it i have a few more that are error coins also
Maybe $5-$10. It's nice to have the date on an off-center, but yours isn't THAT off center to make it really interesting. It would have been more interesting had it been a Wide AM. Unfortunately, it isn't.
Most errors are not super valuable. Yours isn't that off-center either. Just a minor error. Varieties like the 1992 Closed AM, 1972P Doubled Die, or 1955P Doubled Die are the ones that are worth much more money.
I have a 196 something quater that is missing the last digit of the year and on the reverse side has what I have been told a cud would you know about what it is worth
IF and that's a BIG if, if it's a 2000, the reverse looks like a wide AM which is a variety of the 2000 cent and commands a premium even if stuck normally, of about $5.00. Now if it's the 2000 Wide AM, then it being struck offcenter would make it pretty rare as I've never seen one in 20 years. HOWEVER if it's a 2006, it's the normal revers for a 2006. and worth the $5-10 estimate for it being offcenter. So, it's a big IF. It would not be valued at $15 or so if its' a 2000 Wide AM struck off center, it would be higher, but no idea how much higher, that would be up to how it's sold and the sale advertised, and how many collectors would want it for their collection ect. ect. how much they are willing to keep bidding to get it. However, It could be a 2006 so I dont' want to get your hopes up too much and keeping it real. The reverse looks like a Wide AM to me. But I'm not so sure on the date on the front.
