    Looks like a possible lamination. Wait for an opinion from someone who specializes in errors, which I do not.

    If it is a lamination, it's a fairly dramatic one, and likely worth a modest premium, though I suspect it will still not be a very valuable coin, monetarily.

    It's certainly interesting, though.

    I meant mintmark . I got lost looking at it . Then I noticed it "looks" like teeth teeth marks

    Indeed Sal! We need to see both the reverse and the rim by the lam. Yeah, I think it is a '44.......but dream it to be a 14-D. Bring on some more pics, Todd.

    It's a 1944 Lincoln Wheat Ear Cent that has a detached lamination. A great looking piece and a mint error. Not worth a lot but worth keeping and enjoying. There is a small extra value on this coin.
