    Why are we saying PMD? While I agree this does not appear to be an error, I would say there is a die gouge to the left of the MM and possibly a chip within the MM to the north... I don't see where this MM has taken a hit... IMO.

    Your coin doesn't match the RPM listed by Wexler and variety vista doesn't list anything.

    There is PMD in the field to the left of the mm (displaced metal visible). I think the mark under the upper serif may be from a hit as well. I think the mark inside the mm may be a die chip but not certain. It could also be PMD

    Regardless, I don't see anything that would suggest that it's a RPM

    PMD. Notice the material pushed away from the gouge next to the MM. Not an error.
