    Can't say I've seen one like that. Can you feel the indentation? I want to say a planchet flaw, but as deep as it looks, I'd think the strike would be mushier in the valleys.

    I haven't seen this either. Yes you can definitely feel the indentation and the letters appear normal.

    Are the stripes raised...or is it a color change that makes it look like that?
