Is this a error?

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone could please tell me if this is an error or if its something else. The mm looks doubled to me.
(Or Are my eyes playing tricks on me?)

I think that you're talking about the vertical line of the "D' mm. As Potty Dollar 1878 said, looks like a hit did that.

It's NOT rpm-002.

The pictures are good enough to determine that the bottom left of the mm took a hit as others have said
