    Is this error or what!?!?!?
I took pictures from different angles to show every detail.
If there is an error, then can experts let me know the value, please?

What makes you think it is an error?

I am new in this field, I do not know the right terms but it seems that it is not scratch or the color or layer is over that marks and it looks like a design!

I'll bet I could pick anybody off the street who could add two and two together and they could tell you it's just beat up from circulation...

PMD, or Post Mint Damage, which means it happened after it left the mint, so not an error. As @paddyman98 stated, worth maybe 2¢ but being damaged, it isn't something a collector would want, IMHO.

But the interesting thing is that I have another one with the same kind of problem and design, then how can it be explained?

If you're suggesting the coin in the OP and coin in post 11 are the same, then you are absolutely mistaken. You can easily see that both coins suffered hits, dings and gouges. That's why it can be explained as PMD.

As a new collector with an interest in errors, you need to remember that you should never say "I can't explain how the damage could have occurred, so it must be an error". You always need to explain how it could occur during the minting process. It takes time to learn the process, but as you build knowledge, you'll see that your coins couldn't not have left the mint like that.
