Roman coinage QUIZ: 100$ to win !

I invite all CoinTalk's members to participate in a little QUIZ about Roman Coinage . We have a "Grand Prize" of 100 CAD $ offered with the collaboration of @Severus Alexander for his next AMCC auction # 3. To follow the rules of CT, it will be posted in the contest section ; sorry but I'm not allowed to put a link to it, but it's quite simple to find it under the title : 2020 ROMAN COINAGE QUIZ.


The contest will last for 7 days and all the rules can be found in the "Contest Section" forum. Hoping many of you will participate, even if Roman Coinage is not your area of collecting.

Cool initiative, I will participate. Although the questions are for a much earlier period than my period or interest, I found them really interesting and worth spending the time for research, just for learning.

 

Yes I can send you the original questions in French, but you won't have the pictures with them.( the photos often give some hints to answer)

By the way, I forgot to mention the participation of @lordmarcovan in our contest. He will be the one taking care of the final drawing to find the winner. So please talk to him if you want to bribe someone...

 

I hope all are looking forward to AMCC3 and plan on showing all the great coins you win there. I sold quite a few coins in AMCC2 and was hoping to find 'replacements' in AMCC3 where none of the coins are mine.

 

@Ocatarinetabellatchitchix Most of the quizz questions are very much above my knowledge level - i would only be able to answer a few, and doing the research to answer would take me a lot of time. It would be wonderful if you post the answers once the quizz is over

 

Much above my knowledge level too! Those are informations I gathered here and in several readings. Every time I discover a new interesting detail about coinage, I take note of it; the Quiz could have had 250 questions...Do not prevent yourself from participating however: we're just playing for fun and no results will be revealed. And yes the right answers will be posted at the end of the contest.

Easy to get most of them. VERY hard to answer all of them.
