All I remember is that it had mechanical brakes (hydraulics came the next year), and an engine that used more oil than OPEC could produce in a day!

    1. 1955-P "DDO #1" Lincoln Cent.

    2. I don't really count my first two cars which were, #1 a beat-up old 1950 Chevrolet 2Dr Bel Air Coupe, #2 a partially restored 1949 Chevrolet 4Dr Fleetline and (#3) the one I really loved and wish that I had today was a 1963 1/2 (Titled as a 1964) Mercury Comet Caliente (Test Car with an Aluminum body) with dark Green Metallic finish, chrome half-moon headlight covers, 289 cu. in. High Performance V-8, 4 Speed in the floor, Leather upholstery and carpeted (all from the Factory - and was the first Ford/Lincoln Mercury car other than the 1963 Continental to come with an Alternator). See attached pic of similar looking Mercury Comet Caliente.

    3. Off and on 35+ years.
