    Looks to be a beautiful coin underneath that crustiness. Will it come off?

    Looks to me like something that I would use distilled water and some mild base, Gringotts #2.

    #2 is usually pretty ineffective, but for a good crust like this it should get underneath and facilitate a really easy cleaning with minimal impact on the lovely green patina
