    Lincoln’s hair looks different on this Penny or it’s something normal on a 1999 Penny? Funny thing, I just got this mint set yesterday and I can’t move on from Lincoln’s hair. Please help!

    Welcome to Coin Talk. The bust of Lincoln has been modified several times and one of the most noticeable has been the hair and beard.
