I don’t think PCGS would say it’s DDO if it wasn’t though.

I think it’s just because I’m using an IPhone camera and it’s hard to see due to low quality photos.

It’s really easy to see with a loupe especially on the 1909 you can see it the best.

I will try to post a better pic up close.

 

So this was the best photo I could get on this phone.

Its only a very slight doubling not like the 1955 where it’s totally obvious.
