I find most reverse Proofs to be ugly. Most of them are not for me.

I was able to get 3 items. The silver and medal set, the silver reverse proof, and the gold coins set. I didn't realize that the gold coins set was like the one the mint had with Canada last year. I had just missed out on the gold reverse. I do have one question... I looked at my order list, and the silver coin and medals and the gold coins set were ordered the same time as the reverse proof silver coin. Those two were ordered the same time as the reverse silver coin and it showed they are "Processing" and the reverse silver coin is listed "Shipped". Any chance they're playing with the numbers?

Oh really? I tried to access the site, and I can't do it. Obviously it has crashed again.

I think that a lot of people thought these items would go on sale at noon. I signed on about 9:10A and was supprised that everything had not sold out. One of the 3 I bought has been shipped. The Mint did get all of their money for the 3 I bought. I hope that's a good thing.

The piece regular two piece gold Proof set is "unavailable." Two dentist apointments in a row, and I'm shut out.

These mintages of under 5,000 are unfair.

I must learn to ignore the mint offerings completely. I will be much happier in the long run.

Why don’t you just ask someone you trust to order for you?

I don't have anybody I can trust who is available. My wife was busy with her 92 year old parents.

I showed the reverse proof available for at least 10 minutes this morning. I don't like any of them and they'll be available for a lower price sooner than the normal timeframes.

I have no desire to buy the reverse Proof.

With the mint it's all bait and switch. It will be best to wait a couple of years and buy it then. People will have turned the page. The trouble is I don't want it in a slab. I want the mint container and papers.

I placed my orders 2 days ago. The twin gold coins and the silver coin and medal are still being processed. I may keep both of them for a bit to see how much they are in the open market.

Thank you for posting this. I did go on, and perhaps I have purchased the two piece gold coin set. This is an odd way to sell material to say the least.

I signed up for the notice to receive an email if the set became available. I have never received any emails. That part of the system seems to be broken.

I had the same problem. I had signed up to be notified of the date and time the Mayflower coins would be available. I didn't get any emails directly. It seems that the notifications went into the "junk" file. Per chance, I looked in that file and had their emails decoded and put into my email inbox. Thankfully, I didn't have to know when they would be available. I was able to sign up to 3 of the 4 Mayflower coin sets. (I mentioned that earlier.) Two days later, I found that the reverse proof silver coin was "SHIPPED" and the reverse proof silver set and the gold set was "PROCESSING". Two days later, the gold set was also "SHIPPED" to my delight. Now I will be happy when they are in my grubby hands.
I do have a question though. At what price level will I have to sign for my purchases? The two "sets" are "$150" and "$1,500". I very seldom buy anything over $100 from the Mint.

I believe you have to sign for anything over $300. The shipping email should have that info. My gold set which is scheduled to arrive today (yes I’m excited:) needs signing.
