What percentage of coins are over-graded?

However you want to slice it, the quality of a PCGS world coin in an MS64 or higher holder is almost always equivalent to the quality of a coin one or two grades lower in an NGC holder. This makes the PCGS world coin census a joke, in my opinion.

Confusingly, PCGS world medals grading is very accurate, and is comparable with or in some cases better than NGC's.

And PCGS I guess has a reputation (?) for being harder on U.S. domestic coins.

    Go figure......
