This 1964 D US nickel apparently stuck to a dime and struck. Details are more visible directly by magnifier in both sides obverse and reverse! I like to hear experts.
Yes, definitely damage from a cone rolling machine or other circular based damage as there's a middle area to it too which is not indicative of a coin rolling machine. And most coin rolling machines damage is near the outer edges as it rolls the paper down not exactly where we see the damage spread about here.
I have seen this double ring on several Lincoln cents before. Made by a different type or older model of roll crimping machine I believe.
