You know how this works, Please vote and if you want to write your opinion please say so and why you guessed what you did.
There are some key markers used to correctly attribute and grade this Variety.
One is identifying the die stages.
Here is Variety Vistas page one this particular coin.

The other is having a good reference as to photos and value.
    Here is Coin Facts.

I went with 66. Nice coin. With enough luster 67.

The reverse is a stage B. Notice the die chip on the column?

MS 66. IMO the details aren't as sharp as the coin given a 67 by PCGS.

I went 68. I'm trying to break out of my conservative grading shell...:)

I went with MS66, the luster shown in those photos just doesn’t look good enough for 67 or better.

That is a scuff on the plastic, and a hard time getting to all the high points through the slab. The coin is well struck, it does though have some plating blisters. They definitely limited the grade, despite nice smooth luster in hand. @Lehigh96

I went with MS67. I think the rims held it back from a 68.

    Alright time to call it.
This was graded by NGC. The plating blisters are there but you have to look for them. This one seems to be topped out at 68RD. I just don't see the luster in hand that I see present on coins graded 69.
Still I am happy with it.

Well, I was going to guess MS-67RD. Glad to see I was a bit conservative. :)
